The career of Norman started from IMG and he worked in IMG China Team as the pioneer of Chinese Sports Marketing.

Norman Xu joined Canon China in 2004. During 2004-2017, he was the Manager of Corporate Brand Department of Canon China. In 2005, Norman took initiative role to develop the corporate slogan – “Delighting You Always” of Canon Asia Marketing Group. In 2011, Norman Xu served as the key member of steering committee for the debut of the biggest worldwide event in Canon Group -Canon EXPO 2011 in Shanghai.

The 12-year in Canon, Norman had a lot of experience on branding strategy, brand promotion, events operation and new media planning.

Norman Xu joined Armstrong Music and Arts in the early of 2017 as Marketing Director and New Media Director.
